Ascent Structural Steel has been contracted the supply and installation of the structural steel on the Allendale Square redevelopment situated in the heart of the Perth CBD.
These extensive works involve the refurbishment of the existing tower with upgrades to the plaza, Main Lobby, Sherwood Court entry, new shop front tenancies and a large steel and glass canopy that flows around the lower building level.
Once the project is complete, the retail precinct will feature over 18 food, beverage and service businesses, which will be alongside several existing tenants returning to the space.
