The 67 Bennett St Apartments building is a 11 level mixed use development designed by JCY Architecture and built as an affordable housing complex for Western Australia’s largest affordable housing provider Foundation Housing.
Located in the inner city suburb of East Perth this large building consists of 52 self-contained lodging rooms, 18 one bedroom apartments, a lower level office space, underground parking and a landscaped communal area.
Ascent Structural Steel has been contracted to supply the structural steel for this project which has a total project completion date of mid-2016.
