The Ledger Road Self Storage Development is a four level storage facility currently under construction in the Balcatta region.
This large commercial building mainly consisting of steel & purlins with a tilt panel perimeter includeds over 100 units per level, a large all-weather loading bay, and office/ administration complex.
Ascent Structural Steel has been contracted to supply and install the structural steel for this project with the total project anticipated to be completed by late 2015.
