The mid-rise St. Georges Tce Project situated in the Perth CBD is currently in the process of a major overhaul.
After 40 years from the original development, the aged 1970’s beige and brown facades are being transformed into a bold grid like exterior giving the building a fresh new appearance.
Internally the development has been transformed to include a new basement entry, multi-leveled restaurant with roof garden, plus ample room of quality leasable property.
Ascent Structural Steel have supplied all of the structural steel for this project, including the structural façade frame work, all internal steel works and the main roofing steel with project completion in mid/late 2015.
