The Richmond Quarter development located at 147 Canning Hwy, East Fremantle is a large modern development including 119 residential apartments, 25 commercial spaces, a café, roof top bar and boutique serviced apartments.
Construction for this development commenced in December 2013 and is expected to be completed in late 2015. Upon completion, Richmond Quarter will include a variety of mixed-use commercial and residential premises linked via an open and airy European-style piazza.
Ascent Structural Steel have be contracted to supply and install all of the structural steel for this project.
