The refurbishment, of this heritage listed building located at 726 Hay Street in the heart of Perth's CBD and retail precinct, is to restore the 90-year-old facade. The building consists of four levels of prime retail and commercial space.
Ascent Structural Steel has been contracted to supply and install structural steel for the building refurbishment.
